Use photos, writing and patterns you own or have permission to share. Credit creators where appropriate. Do not repost paid patterns or protected instructions without permission.
Protect personal information
Do not share someone’s address, contact details, private messages or identifying information without permission. Avoid including sensitive information or identifying details about children in images or posts.
Keep the space relevant
Keep posts related to crochet, making or the Yarnmates community. No spam, deceptive promotions, scams, malicious links or impersonation. Make any commercial relationship clear when recommending a product.
Reports and moderation
Use the report control on a community post, or contact us through Feedback or Privacy Contact. Explain the problem and provide the relevant page link.
We may remove content or restrict accounts when addressing violations. Reports are reviewed by the operator; they do not guarantee an immediate response. Contact us if you believe a moderation action was mistaken.
